Your first visit is all about understanding your story and creating a personalized plan.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Detailed discussion of your health history, symptoms, and goals

  • Thorough pelvic floor and core assessment

  • Education about what’s happening in your body (and why)

  • First treatment session (hands-on care and guided exercise)

  • Personalized home program so you leave with clear next steps

Follow-up Visit

Every follow-up session builds on your progress.

These visits may include:

  • Hands-on treatment (manual therapy, scar mobilization, relaxation techniques)

  • Pelvic floor and core strengthening or coordination training

  • Posture, breath, and movement strategies for daily life

  • Return-to-fitness or sport-specific progression

  • Updates to your home program and progress tracking

My Approach

  • Whole-body care: I don’t just treat symptoms — I identify and address the root cause so you can experience lasting results.

  • Education first: You’ll understand why things are happening in your body and exactly what to do to improve them — so you feel confident, not dependent.

  • Personalized plan: Your care is never one-size-fits-all. While I offer structured programs for guidance and consistency, every plan is fully tailored to your body, goals, and stage of life.

What do I Need?

For our in-home visit, I ask that you have a private space in your home for the treatment table.

We usually need a pillow, a sheet or towel, and access to a sink and trash can.

I’ll bring the treatment table and all other necessary equipment.
